  • The concept of L’Atelier was established by Mr. Joël Robuchon inspired during his travel and experience in Japan, combined with his discovery of tapas bars in Spain. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Shanghai has the iconic open kitchen which is centralized around a 1.8m teppanyaki and surrounded by 32 seats as well as 16 seats at the tables around, where customers can observe the preparation of Joël Robuchon’s signature dishes by Executive Chef Francky Semblat who has been working alongside Joël Robuchon for 19 years and his team. The interactive atmosphere immerses guests in the unusual dining experience where gastronomy rhymes with conviviality. Also, this set up is completed by 3 private rooms, each of them accommodating up to 8 guests.
